We are a privately owned gym and not linked to big corporate investors, therefore looking after you is our main interest. Our aim is your aim, so whether you are looking to lose weight, get fit for a specific event or just improve on your fitness after having a baby, we can help. We are trained to deal with members of all ages and have experience in working together with physiotherapists too as part of injury rehabilitation. We also are trained in dealing with individuals with specific health issues too. Our approach, in case you hadn’t guessed yet is personal, so your workouts will be tailored to your requirements and not taken from a text book. We look after you after your workout too, providing freshly towels as part of your membership, quality toiletries and interior designed changing rooms. We are best known for our personal training packages and you will also have the option to be trained by one of our experiences staff in our private studio, which has its own equipment and changing facilities. Our membership options are flexible, from one month upwards. Most of our members prefer to take annual membership and we have packages which can incorporate personal training sessions.
