Don’t be fooled by the power of marketing behind certain films. Sometimes the best movies are not even publicised. It is the case of romantic drama Every Day which is released in cinemas on 20th April without much fuss. I loved it and so did most people at the exclusive screening at the Ham Yard Hotel in London judging from the laughs and silences (those were even more powerful than the giggles) in the room. The London Mums team attending felt they had their hearts stolen… Read further to find out why.
The story
Based on David Levithan’s acclaimed New York Times bestseller, Every Day tells the story of Rhiannon, a 16-year old girl who falls in love with a mysterious soul named “A” who inhabits a different body every day. Feeling an unmatched connection, Rhiannon and A work each day to find each other, not knowing what or who the next day will bring.
The more the two fall in love, the more the realities of loving someone who is a different person every 24 hours takes a toll, leaving Rhiannon and A to face the hardest decision either has ever had to make. Starring Angourie Rice (The Nice Guys) alongside Debby Ryan (Jessie – Disney Channel), Justice Smith (Paper Towns) and Owen Teague (IT).

The cast might not be too well known yet, but watch this space as they are really talented and I am pretty confident we will see them again in the future.
