Yesterday my little girl went over to her friend’s house so I thought I would surprise her by transforming the old cardboard box she was playing with into a proper Monster High Dolls house.
Little Snowflake had already designed the windows a few days before and I had made two sofas. She also had the idea of the fish tank table.
Last night she came home and said “Mummy, I love it, did someone help you”? Feel quite chuffed that she thinks it is that good that I had outside help, te he.
Just amazing what you can achieve out of an old Cardboard box, cardboard, toilet rolls, old clothes etc. We are now creating a patio garden area, so watch this space.
Hi Sharon, I love that dolls house! We currently have this competition running so if you’d like to enter feel free to send us one of those pictures:

Hi Charlotte
I cannot take credit for the video dolls house. That was made by my friend Ginger who is on You Tube. We hope to work together. I only made the one box room which is a lounge. The photographs at the front of this blog. It seems quite sad compared to Gingers amazing effort of the full mansion, which I wish I could buy for my little girl. If I get a publishing deal I will buy her the whole house made by Ginger as it is totally OOAK. Talented lady! You should check out her other videos on You Tube for other dolls houses. Keep your fingers crossed for me that my friends friend still has a publisher lined up. And although my efforts are nothing compared to Gingers I will enter for the fun of it so thank you for the link! And thank you for looking it means so much when people leave a kind comment, really appreciate it.
P.S. I think I will send this link to Ginger too. I am sure she will win as she is totally amazing!
Hi Sharon, I see what you mean, Ginger does have some excellent other Monster High videos! I’m going to try to integrate some of Ginger’s videos into the site over the next few weeks.
Wowza….I never say that word but wowza again, I can’t stop smiling.
Thank you so much for your comments. These comments inspire me to make another one, I just wish I had the room. Thank you again. I am definitely entering the contest…how many times can I enter? I love contests. I just want to keep saying thank you to you both, I never thought making this house would bring all this attention. To be honest I probably would have spent more time on it, it was so big I just wanted to get it finished and out of here and into my niece’s home. She loves playing with it. I’m already planning a makeover in the fall when all the cool halloween stuff makes its way into the stores.
Thanks Ginger! We love your work! Please post something on our site if you want! thanks
