London Mums January 2016 Lift me up Newsletter including tips to detox your lifestyle, beat the January blues

Dear London Mums,

there’s something sad about dismantling the Christmas tree and the Nativity decorations … So I have decided to ditch the melancholic feeling after the Christmas hyper celebrations filled with food feasts, drinks, Star Wars euphoria and provide some support to all my favourite London Mums with this Lift me up Newsletter .  Ah, and also I am officially ditching New Year’s resolutions in favour of go-with-the-flow health attitude. It’s no point in making wish lists that don’t get considered. Instead it is better to react positively to all situations life throws at you. Living is so unpredictable after all. I hope this Lift me up Newsletter makes you happy and cheerful.

Here you can find something to make feel YOU mums feel better (good health advice from experts) and also something entertaining and fun because at the end of the day, we don’t want to waste time feeling gloomy about bad weather, troubles of any kind, but we want to find pleasure in the little things in life.

Something for our health

It’s all about you MUMS! Calling all mums and mumpreneurs who want to share their journeys

mixed london mums

From February I am looking for letters from mums and mumpreneurs who would like to share their journeys into motherhood and / or business to be published on this website. The letters would need to be written from the heart by yourselves rather than by marketing people. I promise I will consider them all. Ideally I would like to publish one every month, but if they are very popular within our network I will consider one per week.

So please send them in to myself personally as soon as you can and  we can start this amazing process of sharing our own motherly experiences or if you prefer business experiences.

Previous examples of these stories can be found in our dedicated section Mumpreneurs and Mums at work (click on the link to view).

Something fun and inspirational

Before Christmas I was busy organising these exclusive celebrity interviews for the Spring issue of our London Mums magazine. The full interviews with Amanda Holden, Kimberly Wyatt, Ben Fogle and Chef Gennaro Contaldo will be published in print from the end of February but you can read some tasters online now. Click on the links below.

Something entertaining for the kids (over February half term)

Head to our Activities page dedicated to what’s happening in London for children and their parents. In the next few days and weeks we will add more events and listings including from our Eddie Catz favourite venues and activities to do over half term which is early this year – Most State schools will close between 15 to 19 February 2016. https://new.londonmumsmagazine.com/category/activities – If you want to visit any London Atraction or take kids to the theatre, check out London Mums dedicated site to the most discounted tickets in London and beyondhttp://londonmumsmagazine.entstix.com/

Here is the announcement on Eddie Catz launch of the 4th venue and why London Mums love it so much.

Children know best

Check out these reviews of London Attractions from kids. They are always genuine and honest. I love our kids club. We post lots of kids’ first reactions on London Mums YouTube channel. I recommend subscribing for a more interactive experience within our network.
