April 2014 Newsletter – Lots of Easter Half Term activities for the family!

Spring is in the air and half term holidays at the door. What a great combination!

April is a challenging month for parents. Yes indeed it is in the middle of blooming Spring, a season which is glorious celebration of re-birth but also tiring as our bodies adjust to the weather change.  Plus parents have to cope with finding lots of Easter half term activities and endure either endless organisation of carers or entertain the kids themselves.

Talking about re-birth you may have noticed that we have relaunched the London Mums website and made it even more interactive than before. What do you think about it? Let us know what you like or dislike about it.

This month London Mums are launching a women’s health campaign called Health in the City and we would need your help to enter our survey whose results will be made public in June. To encourage you to enter this important research project we have gathered amazing sponsors to donate impressive prizes (a prize bundle worth £450 and runners up prizes). CAREER – MUMS IN BUSINESS – START-UP TRAINING

Due to a large number of requests for start-up practical training, we are now running practical workshops to cover all aspects of PR and marketing (made simple) as well as social media. Here are the forthcoming dates:

DIY PR workshop for small businesses – Public Relations made easy for entrepreneurs 1 May 2014 9,30am – 3,30pm
