‘London Mums’ is THE
FREE
and INDEPENDENT peer support
group for mums and mumpreneurs based in London. London
Mums support each other through the joys and challenges
women face with raising their children in a metropole. In
addition to sharing views, chats and tips online, London Mums
strongly believe in face-
to
–
face interaction and organise ongoing
activities for mums (and dads) and children
–
parties,
multilingual playgroups, seminars and workshops, trips to
exhibitions at the National Gallery, movies at the local
cinema,
nature walks, etc. The service is run by mums and mumpreneurs for other mums and children and is FREE for everyone to join.
I just attended the Christmas party at Eddie Catz and we all enjoyed it enormously.A fantastic show has been organised, Father Xmas and the two charming Cinderella and Snow white were providing a fairy tale atmosphere to the event. We had lots of fun, we’ll definitely book the tickets earlier for next year as we barely got the last ones, then it has sold out! Well done to Monica Costa and the Eddie Catz Team! You really brought London mums together for a real experience! Laura (mum of Amelie and Lilly)
Thanks a million Laura! Snow White let us know that she is tired today but she said she loved every minute of the party.
Family PT
Parents and kids
Family PT motivates you and your family to play, move, run, exercise and enjoy. Bonding through play which aims to educate your family in a healthy and active lifestyle.
Integrated Training believes that play is the most important way to help you bond with your kids. They need to be active… too many hours sitting at school or in front of a computer or TV isn’t healthy. And it’s difficult for you to find time for yourself, as well as the energy after a week’s work. Sound like you? Integrated Training’s team of highly qualified trainers for kids is the solution. Call us and learn to enjoy your family time through exercise!
Where did the idea come from?
Lots of mums who take Integrated Training personal training sessions complain – or even have to stop their personal training (or any fitness activity) altogether – because they don’t have anyone to leave their kids with. So we thought ‘why not train altogether?’. Kids also love to be a part of personal training sessions at home – parents enjoy it and are more motivated! Why? Because they are learning how to play with their kids. Sometimes it can be difficult to step away from the grown-up world and just play. So Integrated Training Family PT sessions connect bonding with playing. Educating parents and kids to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle.
Parents and grandparents
Why just stop at the immediate family? Why not involve parents and grandparents? The over 50s love the opportunity to bond more with their grandchildren. This is an excellent way to keep healthy and fit and have special moments as a whole family. Challenging and helping each other is the most rewarding motivation.
Where? You can choose from the park, home or any of our fitness centres. We offer a range of possibilities.

What people say
“I was losing communication with my teenage daughter; we just couldn’t hear each other much. We both have some weight problems too and I saw going to the gym as the opportunity to train with her. I thought she would say no, but she really liked the idea. During the sessions, we communicate differently – through play. We are both losing weight and getting on much better. It is amazing how doing something together could change everything” Myriam Kelly
“I have a handsome and active two-year-old boy. I am running around after him and thinking that my days were just about tidying up. I had no time to exercise so I booked a session and it was a lot of fun! It energises me and I also felt that we created an extra bond with Ivan. I absolutely recommend it” Susanne Baileys
“My dad will be 70 this year and when he stopped work, he stopped to going out too. I’d see him and it frustrated me that I couldn’t do more to help. When I saw the poster about Family PT at the gym, I asked if I could come with him. He is happier, healthier and looks younger! And I felt as if I rediscovered him as my dad” Steve Sanders
