8 scoops of Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream (224g/400ml)- this is the ice cream we have used for this recipe
8 sweet waffles
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
25g chopped pecan nuts

PLACE the waffles onto a baking tray.
