Lumiere London is back 18-21 January 2018

The much anticipated Lumiere London will return from 18-21 January 2018. Lumiere is London’s largest arts festival. The Mayor has just provided a sneak preview into some of the featured artists and installations, with both Westminster Abbey and the National Theatre amongst the first iconic locations to be released.

Building upon the incredibly successful 2016 Lumiere London programme, which was attended by 1.3 million people, Lumiere London will reach new heights as the 2018 programme becomes bigger, brighter and bolder.

Commissioned by the Mayor of London and produced by arts charity Artichoke, the UK’s leading creative producers for art in the public realm, the festival will return from 18 – 21 January 2018 expanding to both sides of the River Thames with new destinations added for 2018.

Lumiere London will include more than 40 installations from both UK and international artists lighting up London’s streets, buildings and public spaces, bringing millions of visitors to the capital city.
