GRILLED PEACHES WITH AMARETTO AND VANILLA

This easy recipe can be served as a light dessert, or even on the BBQ. Perfect served with a generous scoop of Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream. You will impress your guests!

Servings: 4

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

8 scoops of Carte D’Or Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream (200g/400ml) – this is the ice cream we have used for this recipe

4 ripe peaches

1 tsp icing sugar

A drizzle of oil

2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted

METHOD

PRE-HEAT a griddle pan until hot.

HALVE each peach, removing the stone. Sprinkle the cut sides of the peaches with the icing sugar.

DRIZZLE a little oil in the griddle pan and place each peach, cut side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

SERVE with a scoop of Carte D’Or Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream inside each peach half.

DECORATE with the toasted flaked almonds and serve immediately.
